Put one half on your kitchen worktop.Fold the top part of the halved brick pasty sheet.Using two spoons, put some stuffing in the left part of the brick pastry sheet.Catch the lower left corner of the brick pastry sheet.Fold and align the left side with the top of the brick pastry sheet in order so that you get a triangle shape.Fold again, aligning the left side with the bottom of the brick pastry sheet, still making a triangle shape.Fold one last time, and align the left side with the top side of the brick pastry sheet.Catch the remain strip on the right and widen the opening.Insert the strip under the opening.Be careful and insert it all the way, so that it does not open by mistake.It’s over, your samosa is ready to be cooked !
